In the Field at Dinosaur Point

The conditions ended up being very poor (as opposed to conditions a
week before at Fremont Peak where the scope had first light), but
it was still good to be under the stars with the local yokels.

The scope really does fit in the car!

The tightest squeeze, actually, was the base getting into the trunk.

Once at Dino, I had my usual setup: scope, observing table, Starbound
Chair for use at the scope, and lawn chair for use at the table.

A modest gathering.  By 9pm, about twice as many people had arrived
as you see here. We had about 10 scopes out, and about as many
scope owners grumbling about the crappy seeing.
