An example from Dan: For example, before Jason arrives at a game event you might say to the other players, "Jason is kind of controlling. Just wait and you'll see that he'll try to take control under the guise of 'organizing' things." Then, when Jason arrives, you provoke him by subtly stalling activities or confusing communications. Eventually Jason gets frustrated and says, "OK, everyone stop and listen up. We need to organize this mess and plan what we're going to do." Bam. You have just turned Jason's presentation of his positive qualities into a weapon against him. |
