Our Saga's Alpha Storyguide is Chris Womack. The role of the ASG is to present the current main story arc, running the lion's share of the sessions at any one time. As Chris has said before, as one arc winds down, another ASG may step up to run another.
We have six additional players: Steve Huntsberry, Jason Newquist, Merwin Shanmugasundaram, Scott Tooker, Ken Kofman, and Yuval Miller.
Players are currently settling into roles. For example, Steve, Ken and Yuval, as the most experienced ArM players, have been acting as a rules arbitration triumverate. Steve has also taken on certain documentation duties. Jason is the webmeister. Yuval, Steve, and Chris (when he's not SG) have been known to take logs.
The Saga takes place around the newly-established covenant of Segobriga Secunda, on the site of the ruins of a Roman city on the eastern coast of Iberia, just north of the current frontlines of the Reconquista. This effort is subsidized by one William of Bonisagus. The first Segobriga covneant, solidly in winter, some few years ago.
Coordinating communication occurs across a group mailing list where extended discussions on a variety of ArM topics occur.
Our current meeting schedule: weekly on Monday evenings, 6:30-11:30 PM Pacific Time. Default locale is at Ken's; this is subject to change should another player volunteer to host.
